When China first introduced "One Child Policy", which, as the name suggests, means every couple is allowed to bear only one child, rural government confronted with huge pressure for most rural residents turned a blind eye to the policy. As a result, they adopted some extreme countermeasures to intimidate those policy offenders. Those slogans, which are the focus of this post and are hilarious and ridiculous if put into a morden perspective,no longer exist.
